Raw Bundles and Wig Units
WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
RAW means that the hair is 100% unprocessed. Meaning no chemical or steam process takes place to achieve a certain curl pattern. No synthetic fibers have been added to the bundles, 100% human hair. Each bundle is cut from a single donor with the cuticles aligned so no two bundles will ever look exactly alike. They will vary in color, texture, weight and curl/wave pattern. We will match your bundles accordingly to give you a flawless blend.

CAN MY BUNDLES BE COLORED?
Yes! Our raw bundles color/bleach very well. We highly recommend seeking a professional stylist for your color services.
Please keep in mind color and bleach can alter the curl/ wave pattern of the hair.

Custom wig units are sewing machine constructed to fit your exact head measurements.

ARE YOUR WIG UNITS GLUELESS?
Yes, all of our wigs are constructed glueless.
An adhesive / adhesive spray may be applied for extra security if you like (not required).

DO I NEED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL STYLIST INSTALL MY WIG UNIT?
No, our unit are beginner friendly, easy to install yourself at home.
They come completely styled, knots bleach and hairline customized.
You can also have us cut the lace off for you (closure wigs only) so it will be completely ready to wear out of the box.

We highly recommend closure units for a beginner unit.

We are currently ONLINE ONLY, all orders are shipped via USPS / UPS.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. There should be a link that takes you directly to USPS.

If there is a mistake on our behalf we will happily accept the hair back in its original state in return for your correct order within 3 days of receiving. The Hare Life Official is not responsible for ill fitted wigs. If you are providing your head measurements for a custom wig unit and are unsure if they are correct please email us to assist you!

MY LACE HAS RIPPED, CAN YOU REPLACE IT?
Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
Do not scratch the lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will cause it to rip and The Hare Life Official will NOT be held responsible.
